When you submit our contact form, we process the information you provide: name, company, email address, the type of enquiry, a description of your needs, and, where provided, location on Mallorca, desired date and urgency. This data is used solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal, and, if you become a client, deliver our services. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), confirmed via the checkbox on the form, and, once a client relationship begins, the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
If you use our virtual office or mail handling service, we additionally process the information required to receive, scan and forward mail on your behalf. We provide this as a support service. We do not guarantee that the address can be used as a registered company seat or tax address without prior legal review. We also do not guarantee automatic acceptance of registered or official mail, as this may require the personal signature or presence of the addressee, and we do not guarantee unlimited storage of mail or packages. Details are agreed individually and contractually. The legal basis is the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or, during the enquiry stage, your consent.
We use the following processors to operate this website and handle enquiries. Both are bound by data processing agreements and rely on appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, for any transfer of data outside the EU/EEA.
Resend (Resend, Inc.) delivers the emails generated when you submit the contact form, so that we receive your enquiry and can reply to you.
Vercel (Vercel Inc.) hosts this website and serves its pages, images and video to your browser.
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records technical information for every request, such as IP address, browser type, referring page, date and time, and the page requested. These log files are used only to operate, secure and troubleshoot the website, and are not combined with other data about you.
